Volvo Penta TMD22 cylinder head valve guides, we have two options available:
- Unfinished - A genuine original equipment guide which requires reaming once fitted
- Finished - A quality aftermarket guide, which comes fully finished, (no reaming required)

Guide removal and fitting. Manufacturer recommends using a press for both removal and fitting, in addition to heating the whole cylinder head slowly and evenly to approximately 100°C (212°F).
