Aftermarket Volvo Penta 2002 Circulation pump repair kit .

With a new Volvo Penta 2002 coolant circulation pump (OE part #860358 or #23401753) being prohibitively expensive at over £500, we have put into manufacture a repair kit that includes all the parts you will need to overhaul your existing pump.

Our overhaul kit includes the following quality parts

• x1 internal shaft with integral bearing
  
• x1 mechanical water seal with ceramic face
  
• x1 pump housing gasket
  
• x1 Free tube of Hylomar gasket sealant (For UK orders only)
• x3 pipework connection seals
  

The use of a small hydraulic press is recommended to dismantle and reassemble the pump components.

Note that we're unable to ship the Hylomar sealant outside of the UK.
